Before your first visit
You don't need a referral to book. If you'd like a Medicare rebate, ask your GP for a mental health treatment plan or chronic condition management plan and bring the referral to your first session.
If you are seeing me for a pre-surgical assessment, please bring your surgeon's referral letter and any paperwork from the surgical team.
